Returns will be accepted for credit provided they have not been cut, treated or damaged and provided they are returned within 28 days of the invoice date.

 Returns must be arranged in advance through shop@peterstaunton.co.uk

A 20% re-stocking fee will be charged plus any relevant carriage costs.

Please contact shop@peterstaunton.co.uk in advance to arrange collection.

Please enclose full details with the returned goods, including the reason for return plus the relevant invoice and sales order numbers.

Credit notes will not be issued until the goods are returned.

Standard delivery (direct from Italy) is between 5-7 working days at a cost of £19.80.
