The Carter Pendant require's regular cleaning with a soft dry duster. Abrasive or chemical cleaners may harm the finish and should not be used.

Returns

Customers have 14 days from the purchase date to return the items. Please note Shades are non-returnable, as these are made to order. If shades are faulty replacements will be sent.

Base returns must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in a saleable condition.

Please note for all returned items unless faulty a 40% restocking charge will apply.

All damaged items need to be reported within 48 hours of receipt. No replacements can be sent after this cut off time.

All products received back will be fully checked upon receipt, and damage or defect will be notified to the customer straight away.
